Supports and improves global IT infrastructure across servers, operating systems, virtual machines, storage, networks, firewalls, and Azure environments. Leads infrastructure deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance, documentation, and operational improvements. Serves as a subject matter expert, evaluates system activity, coordinates infrastructure projects, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, SOPs, and industry practices.

Designs, develops, administers, and supports enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Azure AI Foundry. Leads AI orchestration, prompt and workflow optimization, RAG implementations, platform integrations, MCP deployments, automation, security configuration, monitoring, upgrades, and issue resolution. Partners with stakeholders and IT teams, leads AI projects, documents workflows, and ensures responsible AI practices, compliance, and service-level performance.
