The Site Solutions Executive coordinates clinical trial activities, ensures compliance with protocols, and supports the research team with data entry and documentation.

Coordinate and facilitate on-site clinical trial activities ensuring compliance with protocol, GCP, and local regulations. Support the Principal Investigator and site team with data entry, TMF maintenance, regulatory/ethics submissions, patient scheduling and enrollment, samples logistics, site monitoring visits, and site performance reporting. Build and maintain potential patient databases and support community/patient-awareness events.

Administer and support finance systems (Workday, OneStream), manage user support requests, maintain and validate end-to-end data flows and integrations, develop report specifications, assist with system/UAT testing and month-end close, and support governance, documentation, and process standardization across finance systems.
