Design, implement, and support EUC/VDI solutions across AWS, VMware, and Citrix; manage Workspace ONE UEM; integrate identity/zero-trust and SSO/MFA; provide Tier 3 support, performance tuning, monitoring, security, compliance, and customer-facing documentation.

Lead architecture, implementation, migration, and support of advanced Amazon Connect contact center solutions. Build AI-driven conversational experiences using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Nova, and Lex V2. Integrate Connect with CRMs/WFM, implement RAG/vector-store patterns, mentor engineers, define reference architectures, and serve as technical escalation and trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
