Lead AIOps Engineer who architects and delivers AI-driven operations platforms, integrates AI/ML models and RAG/agentic workflows, owns CI/CD and IaC standards, guides containerized Kubernetes strategy, drives observability and automation, leads client engagements, and mentors engineering teams to ensure maintainable, reliable solutions.
