Supports business analysis and project coordination for AI product implementations, onboarding, and client go-lives. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, maintaining project plans, tracking risks, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating engineering and product teams, producing client documentation, managing CRM and ticket workflows, and following up on actions. The role is fully remote from India and aligned with UK business hours.

Support day-to-day operational tasks for an AI platform by following rule-based processes, keeping accurate records and trackers, coordinating with teams, spotting process gaps, and contributing improvements while working UK hours remotely.

Own and optimise the Azure cloud infrastructure: implement RBAC and access controls, build monitoring/observability with Azure Monitor and Application Insights, design scalable performant architectures, manage cost governance, improve CI/CD and container deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), apply infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), and provide technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team.
