The role is primarily field-based, requiring regular travel to client sites within an 80 km radius.

Handles customer inquiries, prepares quotations, coordinates calibration job scheduling, tracks service progress, maintains records, follows up with customers, prepares invoices, and supports dispatch operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, basic MS Office skills, multitasking, and effective coordination across teams. A business administration degree is preferred, while prior customer support, operations, or coordination experience is advantageous.

Serves as the technical bridge between customers and production or service teams. Gathers requirements, provides technical guidance, troubleshoots failures, validates product performance, prepares documentation, coordinates cross-functional activities, supports implementation, and delivers product training. The role also contributes to customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement through application testing and technical support.

Develops and executes digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising. Manages digital platforms, performs keyword research, optimizes website content, creates and publishes marketing assets, and analyzes campaign performance using analytics tools. Collaborates with design, content, and sales teams to meet business goals while staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
