Perform laboratory calibration and adjustment of instruments, document calibration results and equipment condition, provide customer technical support, follow procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO 17025. The role requires technical knowledge across electronic, instrumentation, mechanical, thermal, or optical systems, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and willingness to develop through training and certification.

Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media; resolve complaints and technical issues; document interactions; manage customer accounts; prepare activity reports; provide product information; escalate unresolved issues; and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer service goals.
