Leads Microsoft 365 and productivity engineering, including cross-tenant and legacy migrations, solution design, service configuration, identity and security administration, automation, Copilot governance, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-migration support. The role coordinates strategic technology projects, cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and escalations while improving operational efficiency, user experience, security, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.

Manage the complete Microsoft 365 licensing lifecycle, including allocation, procurement, renewals, compliance, vendor coordination, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and optimization. Maintain license inventories in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and ServiceNow SAMPro, support audits, negotiate with vendors, lead Enterprise Agreement true-ups, and advise leadership on licensing strategy and cost efficiency.

Process US medical billing accounts accurately, handle payer rejections, and maintain defined timelines in a 24*7 environment.
