Support portfolio management and compliance for operating renewable assets (solar, wind, BESS). Track tasks, prepare performance and financial reports, coordinate with technical and O&M teams, manage documents and regulatory filings (FERC, EIA), assist billing and settlements, create SOPs, lead small projects, and train newer staff while using asset management software and MS Office tools.

The Salesforce Administrator will support Sales Operations, conduct cross-functional analysis, and enhance Salesforce configurations and workflows for renewable energy projects.

Support technical asset management for solar projects by tracking O&M responses, monitoring site performance, maintaining asset databases, identifying equipment issues, assisting technical onboarding, reviewing data for client reports, and driving resolution of operational problems.
