Responsibilities include Revit modeling, clash detection and resolution, family creation, BIM coordination, technical quality assurance, CAD/BIM deliverables, compliance with BIM execution plans and ISO 19650 standards, and collaboration with engineers and consultants. The role also involves reviewing junior modelers’ work and delivering projects on schedule and to quality requirements.

Lead ELV engineering design and coordination for high-rise and complex buildings. Responsibilities include designing ICT, security, AV, access control, CCTV, BMS, and related systems; preparing documentation and calculations; coordinating MEP and global engineering teams; creating Revit families; supporting approvals and regulatory compliance; and delivering projects across UK and European markets.

Create and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for water and wastewater treatment plants. Coordinate drafting activities with project managers, engineers, and BIM teams; distribute workloads; perform modeling QA/QC; and ensure technical accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and timely delivery. The role requires expertise in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit, Navisworks, treatment plant layouts, piping, P&IDs, hydraulic flow diagrams, equipment, and applicable pipe standards.

The Senior Engineer will lead the design and technical development of high voltage substations, including control and protection systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

The Senior/Principal Modeler will coordinate with teams to convert drawings into 3D Revit models, model mechanical/HVAC systems, ensure quality and compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Lead BIM implementation and model development for MEP services, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, perform clash detection, produce construction documentation, enforce BIM/CAD standards, train staff, and ensure model data quality across international projects.

Lead fire life-safety engineering for high-rise and complex buildings from concept to construction close-out. Deliver fire hazard analyses, performance-based design, smoke management, evacuation and life-safety studies, and design/specify suppression, detection, and alarm systems. Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence and international standards, prepare calculations, drawings, and tender documentation, support commissioning and on-site inspections, mentor junior staff, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage clients and authorities, and support business development. CFD/fire modeling experience is an advantage.

The Senior Technical Lead will oversee BIM implementation, collaboration, model development, documentation, quality control, and provide training within the engineering team.
