Develop and manage 3D BIM models for ELV systems in high-rise and complex building projects. Model ICT, security, AV, home automation, and related systems using Revit. Perform clash detection and resolution, create families, manage BIM deliverables, follow BIM execution plans and ISO 19650 standards, coordinate with engineers and consultants, support quality assurance, and review junior modelers’ work.

Senior Engineer responsible for offshore pipeline and subsea cable engineering across feasibility, FEED, and detailed design phases. Duties include pipeline and cable design, FEA, mechanical and installation analysis, landfall design, cost estimation, client interface management, technical report writing, tender support, and project coordination. The role focuses on natural gas, hydrogen, CO2, and offshore power cable projects, with hybrid work from Hyderabad or Gurgaon and monthly work in Chennai.

Lead delivery of public health engineering (PHE) designs for high-rise and complex buildings, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and coordination with architects, structural, electrical and HVAC teams. Ensure compliance with NFPA and local codes, implement QA and HSE policies, support procurement/vendor negotiation, and liaise with authorities. May act as project engineer and client contact on smaller projects.
