The Senior Technical Lead will oversee BIM implementation, collaboration, model development, documentation, quality control, and provide training within the engineering team.

Owns employee-facing digital product roadmaps, prioritizes backlogs, manages budgets, and leads agile improvements. Initially covers Digital Employee Support, defining scalable support journeys, self-service, and knowledge-management requirements. Partners with Digital Workplace, adoption, technology, engineering, data, AI, and business teams to improve employee experience. Develops DEX and efficiency metrics, converts product and support data into insights, and supports AI-enabled employee services across a global organization.

Lead façade design and detailing for high-rise and complex buildings, ensure code and standards compliance, produce BIM models and documentation, coordinate across disciplines, support all project stages, prepare reports, and proactively resolve technical design challenges.
