Technical lead and senior project manager for complex air quality dispersion modeling and environmental permitting projects. Responsibilities include running and QA/QC of regulatory models (AERMOD, CALPUFF), preparing emission inventories, advising clients and regulators, mentoring staff, managing project scope/schedule/budget, business development, and integrating local teams with global modeling practice.

Lead delivery of public health engineering (PHE) designs for high-rise and complex buildings, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and coordination with architects, structural, electrical and HVAC teams. Ensure compliance with NFPA and local codes, implement QA and HSE policies, support procurement/vendor negotiation, and liaise with authorities. May act as project engineer and client contact on smaller projects.
