Develop and govern enterprise Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including Apex, LWC, integrations, data models, automation, and AI-powered Agentforce and Einstein capabilities. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable designs, resolve complex technical issues, enforce development and compliance standards, and mentor junior engineers. Support testing, release management, platform research, and integrations with adjacent sales technology systems.

Designs, develops, and optimizes scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data platforms using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, HPCC, and ECL. Ingests and transforms structured and semi-structured data from diverse sources, develops data models and optimized workloads, and collaborates with analysts, data scientists, and application teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions for analytics and operational needs.

Analyze and improve Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud processes, gather requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and support agile delivery. Identify and evaluate AI and automation opportunities using Agentforce, Einstein, chatbots, and generative AI. Facilitate workshops, document processes, assess technical and business solutions, collaborate with development and QA teams, and advise senior stakeholders on responsible AI adoption.
