Implement, configure, and support SAP MM solutions across full project lifecycles. Lead ServiceNow ITSM architecture and delivery across ITSM, HRSD, and SPM modules. Elicit requirements, design OOTB-first solutions, configure platform components, manage integrations (Intune, SAP, Jira), guide developers, drive Agile delivery and UAT, enforce CSDM/ITIL governance, and optimize platform performance and upgrades.

Lead design, implementation, and troubleshooting of GKE-based Kubernetes infrastructure and networking. Manage service mesh (Istio), mTLS/authentication, CI/CD with Jenkins, observability with Grafana/Prometheus, and drive network design changes (PSC/PSA, routing). Provide operational support, dashboarding, and incident triage for containerized workloads.

Lead and manage ICE powertrain (PWT) calibration projects; pilot calibration activities with team leads and members; and coordinate stakeholders including suppliers, vehicle functions, homologation, and PWT software/hardware teams.

Lead calibration and tuning activities for internal combustion and electric powertrain controls (PWT/e-PWT). Perform tuning validation and manage turnkey tuning suppliers as part of R&D.

Senior engineering/developer role to design and implement solutions using ARAS PLM, C#.NET, ADO.NET/Entity Framework, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL. Understand requirements, provide feasible solutions, use source control (Git/Bitbucket), Jira/Confluence, and collaborate with stakeholders. Java, low-code platforms, MVC/Angular, Web API, CAD/NXOpen, and basic AWS are desirable. Automotive experience preferred.

Provide L1/L1.5 service desk and application support for Nissan global users: handle incidents, monitor systems, resolve or escalate to L2 teams as needed. Role operates on a 24/7, 365-days working model.
