Provides technical guidance, oversees equipment calibration and utilization, manages project milestones, and develops team capabilities.

Lead engineering activities for the GFE 43 Perimeter new project, with specialized expertise in automotive roof bars and roof rails. The role requires design and development leadership, strong convergence and negotiation skills, and collaboration across project stakeholders. Candidates should have 10–12 years of relevant design and development experience.

Supports procurement and sourcing for BOP and non-BOP commodities by preparing RFQs, tracking sourcing plans, creating purchase orders, and sourcing export and low-turnover parts. Produces cost fluctuation reports and performance dashboards, assists with procurement administration, negotiates supplier pricing, controls total delivered cost, and contributes to cost-reduction initiatives.

Leads brake parts design and development for ESP and OneBox systems. Creates 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, and DMU freezes; ensures designs meet functional requirements and project milestones. Coordinates supplier development, validation, and cost-reduction initiatives, while supporting plant implementation and field-quality improvements. Design, develop, and support scalable GCP data ingestion and transformation pipelines (batch and streaming) using Dataflow, Dataform, BigQuery, Pub/Sub and GCS. Lead CAE activities for vehicle development programs, including planning, digital evaluation, simulation method development, performance target validation, cost and mass optimization, risk analysis, and stakeholder reporting. The role focuses on vehicle closures such as doors, requiring expertise in structural engineering, physical phenomena, root cause analysis, countermeasure development, and project management.

Leads NVH CAE activities for automotive vehicle development programs, including planning, digital simulation, modeling, performance evaluation, target optimization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Performs structural, acoustic, road noise, boom noise, aeroacoustic, pass-by noise, and HVAC noise analyses. Conducts root-cause investigations, develops countermeasures, correlates NVH testing with CAE results, validates simulation methods, monitors technology, and guides project execution.
