Crash analysis expertise is mandatory, with additional knowledge of NVH, strength and durability, structural simulation, and automotive regulatory requirements.

The role requires expertise in equipment, tooling, fixtures, suppliers, investments, cycle times, raw materials, global industry practices, import and export duties, and automotive part costing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and VBA, are required.
