Support day-to-day U.S. finance operations including GL maintenance, month-end accruals, prepaid and fixed-asset schedules, bank and intercompany reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and ensuring SOP/internal control compliance using Oracle NetSuite and Excel.

Analyze large transaction datasets to produce cleansed inputs for M&A models and financial analyses (QoE, NWC, cash flows). Use data management (Alteryx, Hadoop, SQL), statistical tools (SPSS, Minitab) and programming (Python, R) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate findings into clear recommendations for due diligence and deal lifecycle decisions, leveraging analytics platforms (SAS, Azure) and presenting insights to clients and internal teams.

Lead Ironclad CLM implementations: gather and document requirements, configure workflows/templates, support integrations, drive UAT and defect resolution, create documentation and training, and identify automation and process improvements across Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT.
