Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Marketing Cloud Next). Build multi-channel campaigns and journeys, manage data integrations and segmentation, develop dynamic content (AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, SQL), monitor KPIs, and mentor team members to deliver personalized, scalable marketing automation solutions.

Lead end-to-end delivery and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget solutions: translate business requirements, design journeys and segmentation, build AMPscript/SSJS/SQL templates and automations, integrate with Salesforce CRM and external systems, execute QA and campaign analytics, mentor juniors, and enforce platform governance.
