Lead and mentor Predictive and Causal AI teams, architect end-to-end ML/GenAI solutions (including RAG and agentic frameworks), drive MLOps and cloud deployments, prototype POCs to demonstrate ROI, consult global stakeholders, and shape center-level AI product strategy and talent programs.

Evaluate, acquire, and manage U.S. healthcare datasets; collaborate with U.S. stakeholders and vendors to define requirements; perform data profiling, validation, and risk assessments; document dataset summaries and SOPs to support data-driven commercial decisions.

Manage end-to-end data contract and third-party agreement lifecycles, vendor onboarding, and compliance. Track budgets and perform financial reconciliation, WBS and PO processing. Document workflows, perform data gap analyses, generate finance and ad hoc reports, and liaise with vendors, procurement, finance, legal, and senior stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes.
