Accountable for delivering Ophthalmology therapy area ambitions across the cluster: set vision, define and execute outcome-based plans, lead squads, coach teams, drive strategic partnerships, ensure compliance, and align execution with Disease Area and Cluster priorities to improve patient outcomes.

Lead advanced analytics projects across pharma commercial operations, delivering insights on brand performance, patient journeys, forecasting, launches, ROI, and targeting. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage deliveries, mentor junior staff, create presentations, and support cross-timezone coordination (IST/PST overlap).

Lead strategic competitive and market intelligence by synthesizing clinical and commercial signals, applying business frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's), and building GenAI-driven workflows. Provide conference coverage, predictive trigger-event monitoring, scenario planning, and executive-level recommendations using public and proprietary sources to inform Roche's product pipeline and launch strategies.
