Own a portfolio of customers to drive expansion and retention. Build executive relationships, create strategic account and AI adoption plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, use product usage and analytics to surface value, maintain forecasts and NRR, collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering, and manage escalations and risk to ensure customer success and renewals.

Lead and scale Customer Success across the APAC region: build and manage teams, drive retention and expansion, develop regional strategy, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure customer health and growth.

Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations connecting customer systems to Rocketlane. Model and clean messy data, write Python scripts, work with REST APIs and LLMs, debug integrations, join customer discovery calls, and feed recurring learnings back into product and reusable templates.
