Lead post-sale customer onboarding and implementations, build executive relationships, manage multiple projects to on-time/on-budget delivery, drive process improvements and adoption using PSA tools, provide data-driven engagement insights, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure retention and expansion.

Drive high-velocity SMB deals ($3k–$25k) in Rest of World (excl. NA/Canada). Own full sales cycle: discovery, demos, assisted trials, competitive positioning, contracting and first payment collection. Target EMEA/EU/ANZ customers, maintain CRM hygiene, and deliver value-led solution selling while operating with urgency and accountability.

Lead and grow an APAC BDR team focused on outbound pipeline for mid-market and enterprise. Own targets, KPI commits, coaching, recruiting, CRM/process optimization, regional playbooks, cross-functional alignment with Marketing and AEs, and fostering a high-empathy, high-accountability culture.
