Lead logistics transformation and warehouse strategy across APAC sites. Responsibilities include PFEP analysis, warehouse and point-of-use design, cycle-count governance, logistics process development, inventory planning, supplier and packaging initiatives, continuous improvement, business-system audits, stakeholder management, training, and process mapping. The role supports D365 deployment and drives standardized warehouse operations, efficiency improvements, and successful site transitions.

Supports enterprise data management and transformation initiatives by designing and executing data migration strategies. Develops automated ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, or similar tools; monitors and troubleshoots migration jobs; and performs data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. The role requires strong SQL, cloud, data architecture, governance, data quality, MDM, engineering data, and BOM experience.

Supports the APAC Programme Manager in deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 across factories and sales entities. Validates global solution fit, aligns sites to standardized processes, prepares data, and supports solution specification, testing, training, data migration, change management, and go-live activities. Works with senior internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, drive decisions, and deliver continuous improvement through the transition from legacy systems.
