Validates customer purchase orders against quotations and technical specifications, resolves discrepancies, coordinates project kickoffs and order execution, and manages communications with internal and external stakeholders. The role enters orders into MTMS, prepares MIS reports, documents deviations, provides accurate order acknowledgements and delivery dates, and ensures contract compliance throughout the order lifecycle.

Creates and maintains engineering documentation, including drawings, schematics, calculations, manufacturing documents, and BOMs. Reviews customer specifications for technical compliance, supports sales quotations, and provides technical assistance to manufacturing, assembly, and quality teams. Manages order change requests, updates product data, resolves engineering issues with senior engineers, and ensures accurate, timely deliverables.

Leads verification and validation for complex embedded products, developing LabVIEW and Python automation frameworks and managing the full test lifecycle. Responsibilities include test planning, execution, defect analysis, root cause investigation, CI/CD integration, requirements traceability, exploratory testing, and defect triage. The role mentors test engineers, establishes testing standards, collaborates with firmware and systems teams, and validates industrial communication protocols and embedded systems using laboratory equipment.
