Responsibilities include prioritizing initiatives, conducting customer discovery, validating ideas, defining metrics, collaborating with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and customer success, and driving product launches, adoption, and continuous improvement while balancing customer, business, technical, and regulatory needs.

Own and deliver end-to-end India payroll: processing, validations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, payments, year-end activities, and employee support. Serve as greytHR SME for configuration, UAT, and improvements. Partner with HR, Finance, vendors and auditors, support APAC payroll coordination, and build reports and automations using advanced Excel.
