Gather and document FMCG business requirements, analyze sales and distribution workflows, and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and software solutions. Collaborate with clients, product managers, developers, QA, and implementation teams on SFA and DMS products. Support testing, UAT, defect validation, reporting, documentation, training, requirement sign-off, and project delivery while identifying process improvement opportunities.

Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, transition customers from sales to implementation, understand requirements, provide product guidance, conduct demonstrations and training, coordinate internal teams, resolve queries and escalations, track milestones, maintain documentation, and drive successful product adoption while building long-term customer relationships.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, cash-flow monitoring, and accounting controls. Supervise the accounts team, coordinate with customers, auditors, banks, and consultants, resolve billing issues, maintain compliance records, and improve accounting processes.
