Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and support channels; resolve basic product and application issues; coordinate escalations with internal teams; follow up on resolutions; maintain support records; assist with onboarding and product orientation; identify recurring issues; and meet customer service targets.

Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit. Responsibilities include implementing responsive interfaces, Core Data storage, APNs push notifications, REST API integrations, JSON handling with Codable, debugging, performance optimization, and Git-based version control. The developer will collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA, and stakeholders while maintaining clean, reusable code.

Software Tester responsible for analyzing requirements, designing and executing test cases, performing manual functional, regression, integration, system, UI, smoke, sanity, and API testing, documenting defects, validating fixes, and maintaining test reports. The role also includes basic SQL/database validation, cross-browser and device testing, collaboration with development and business teams, and assisting with basic automation scripts.
