Own demand-generation campaign operations from planning through execution. Provide advanced escalation support for Sectigo customers: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SSL/TLS and certificate lifecycle issues. Handle escalated tickets via phone, email, or chat, use ticketing systems, update knowledge base, coordinate internal escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work onsite in Chennai with shift and after-hours pager responsibilities.

Provides operational and administrative support to Global Accounts Receivable and Collections by coordinating customer onboarding, purchase orders, vendor registrations, compliance documentation, payment readiness, and collections handoffs. Maintains trackers, customer documentation, vendor portals, standard operating procedures, and operational metrics. Coordinates with Billing, Sales, Legal, Tax, and Collections teams, resolves administrative blockers, follows up on outstanding requirements, and recommends process improvements to reduce payment delays.

Hands-on senior security engineer to deploy, configure, and operate enterprise and cloud security platforms (Palo Alto focus). Support SASE/Zero Trust, SOC monitoring, incident response, integrations (SIEM, CASB, MDR), cloud security, automation, and on-call 24x7 operations while maintaining documentation and compliance alignment.

Provide first-line technical support for Sectigo's clients, troubleshoot networking issues, and document solutions while ensuring excellent customer service.

The Technical Support Engineer I handles customer issues, troubleshoots technical problems, provides support via various communication methods, manages multiple tasks, and contributes to process documentation.

Support global revenue operations with Salesforce helpdesk ticketing, data hygiene, opportunity management, ad-hoc reporting, documentation maintenance, and cross-training to improve processes and meet SLAs for renewals and enterprise sales domains.
