Own demand-generation campaign operations from planning through execution. Build SalesLoft sequences, load target lists, configure Salesforce tasks, deploy cadences, monitor rep compliance, and produce activity, coverage, and engagement reporting. Use AI tools to connect intent, account, content, and sequencing data while improving workflow efficiency. Maintain documentation and scalable processes across multiple pods, coordinate with distributed teams, and support predictable outbound pipeline generation.

Create motion graphics, videos, animated explainers, and static marketing assets for B2B cybersecurity and digital-trust campaigns. Collaborate with brand, demand generation, product marketing, web, and events teams to develop on-brand creative for digital channels, events, social media, webinars, and sales enablement. Manage multiple projects, maintain creative assets, adapt content across formats, and use performance data and feedback to improve results.

Provides technical support to customers and sales teams by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues through phone, email, and chat. Owns escalations, manages multiple cases against SLAs, documents incidents, contributes to the knowledge base, and maintains clear customer communications. Requires familiarity with networks, DNS, Active Directory, operating systems, web technologies, APIs, web servers, and SSL/TLS concepts. This is a full-time, in-office role in Chennai with rotational shifts, weekend or holiday coverage, and after-hours pager responsibilities.
