Backend-leaning senior full-stack engineer to design, implement, test, and operate features across backend, frontend, APIs, and databases. Lead service decomposition from Perl monolith into bounded services, improve CI/CD, observability, and operational tooling, and uphold TDD, security-by-default, and strong engineering practices.

Provide advanced escalation support for Sectigo customers: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SSL/TLS and certificate lifecycle issues. Handle escalated tickets via phone, email, or chat, use ticketing systems, update knowledge base, coordinate internal escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work onsite in Chennai with shift and after-hours pager responsibilities.

Support Revenue Operations Center of Excellence by resolving Salesforce helpdesk tickets, maintaining SFDC data hygiene, building ad hoc reports, preparing forecast data packages, keeping process documentation current, and supporting high-volume renewal and opportunity management tasks.
