Partners with site leadership to drive financial performance and operational decisions. Leads monthly close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Analyzes manufacturing costs, productivity, spending, inventory, and market trends; develops KPIs and financial models; evaluates capital investments and cost-saving initiatives; supports financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance. Drives process improvements through reporting automation and standardization while translating financial data into actionable business insights.

Provides day-to-day enterprise IT and desktop support, resolving user issues, maintaining system reliability, coordinating PC hardware and software support, and assisting with technology deployments. The role documents testing and validation, supports post-implementation troubleshooting, works with vendors, helps identify desktop solutions, maintains technical standards, and trains fellow desktop administrators. Additional duties include supporting network, audiovisual, and manufacturing computing equipment.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new electromechanical products, including assembly, calibration, testing, equipment, tooling, process flows, and cost estimates. Support global product launches, design for manufacturability, quality planning, equipment qualification, supplier and contract manufacturer capability, and production-line improvements. Apply APQP, PFMEA, control plans, process validation, and structured root-cause methods to reduce defects, cycle time, and manufacturing costs.

Design and improve manufacturing processes for electromechanical products, develop equipment specifications, support new product launches, transfer processes to global make sites, reduce cycle time and defects, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and provide sustaining support to production lines.

Provide full-cycle HR support for a 100–300 employee manufacturing site, covering recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations, payroll, compliance with Indian labor law, HR operations, and continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.

Lead supplier quality activities for a Sensata manufacturing site: manage supplier qualification, containment, audits, APQP, root cause and corrective actions, supplier performance improvement, and cross-functional coordination to support new product development and change management.

Lead and enforce manufacturing quality assurance and new product launch processes. Implement APQP, process controls (FMEA, control plans), safe launch plans, 8D root-cause and corrective actions, manage audits/inspections, coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams, and train staff to meet regulatory and internal quality standards.

Lead and manage a global process engineering team supporting new product development and sustaining production. Drive process/equipment development, cost estimates, supplier/contract manufacturer qualification, process improvements, training, and cross-functional coordination to meet production and financial targets.

Manage production planning, inventory, scheduling, material planning and reporting. Lead a team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, optimize resources, develop budgets, recommend process improvements, and ensure production meets volume, cost, waste and quality targets.
