Support strategic customer accounts to drive quality improvement, resolve customer issues, and manage product release and production quality. Perform MSA and SPC, coordinate customer returns, lead corrective actions, support audits, train technicians, develop control plans and customer satisfaction strategies, and drive continuous manufacturing improvements.

Partners with site leadership to drive financial performance and operational decisions. Leads monthly close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Analyzes manufacturing costs, productivity, spending, inventory, and market trends; develops KPIs and financial models; evaluates capital investments and cost-saving initiatives; supports financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance. Drives process improvements through reporting automation and standardization while translating financial data into actionable business insights.

Provides day-to-day enterprise IT and desktop support, resolving user issues, maintaining system reliability, coordinating PC hardware and software support, and assisting with technology deployments. The role documents testing and validation, supports post-implementation troubleshooting, works with vendors, helps identify desktop solutions, maintains technical standards, and trains fellow desktop administrators. Additional duties include supporting network, audiovisual, and manufacturing computing equipment.
