Lead and grow a distributed Data Foundations team building data ingestion, quality, and cost-management for the data platform. Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture (Kafka, Snowflake, Airflow), own monitoring/ops and on-call, drive data governance, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and optimize cost and reliability.

Design, build, and operate batch and real-time data ingestion and transformation pipelines. Develop platform components (storage, compute, pipelines), monitoring, alerting, and data-quality tooling. Diagnose production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and build AI-powered agents to automate engineering and operational tasks.

Design and prototype enterprise SaaS experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Conduct user research, create journey maps and task flows, collaborate with product, engineering, and design system teams, and mentor designers to drive measurable product outcomes.
