Optimize performance, implement data security (dynamic masking, RLS, SSO/SAML), automate operations with Python/SQL, monitor costs and resource usage, and optionally manage Tableau Cloud.

Lead and grow a distributed Data Foundations team building data ingestion, quality, and cost-management for the data platform. Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture (Kafka, Snowflake, Airflow), own monitoring/ops and on-call, drive data governance, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and optimize cost and reliability.
