Own product metrics definitions and trees, investigate anomalies and conversion bottlenecks, validate hypotheses, conduct data mining, and prioritize growth opportunities. Design, monitor, and analyze A/B tests, including sample sizing, randomization, guardrail metrics, data tracking, quality checks, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Product and functional leads in a fully remote environment.

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO: manage calendars, meetings, communications, documents, travel, payments, and vendor coordination. Handle confidential matters, routine tasks independently, and assist with personal appointments and events.

Own the quality strategy and end-to-end testing pipeline for an AI-generated product handling real-money transactions. Build automated UI, browser, mobile, pre-merge, nightly, release, and production testing gates; integrate testing with CI/CD; evaluate external tools; and improve reliability of critical financial flows. The role partners with engineering and DevOps, uses AI coding agents daily, and drives quality initiatives as an autonomous individual contributor.
