I have a very collaborative and supportive team and leadership. I have been given the opportunity to plug into a few high-impact projects and have had the liberty to make informed decisions at a rapid clip.

SoFi gave me the opportunity to work on large, complex and interesting problems, while being located in Montana where I can enjoy the outdoors and blue collar atmosphere. My work feels valued and I have the freedom to be creative and have an impact.

No two days are the same, which I love! I spend most of the day working on projects that are directly connected to our company-wide priority #1 ; which is to create a durable culture where people love to work. Things like creating a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion site, managing our careers page, and hosting events that bring our culture to life.
