Provides Tier 3/Tier 4 escalation support for enterprise on-premises Microsoft infrastructure. Responsibilities include resolving complex incidents across Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows environments; administering Hyper-V and virtualization platforms; managing Veeam and Commvault backups; performing patch management; developing PowerShell automation; leading problem management and root-cause analysis; maintaining knowledge articles; supporting clients; and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Support and enhance Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules: troubleshoot production issues, develop PL/SQL packages, reports and data models, assist integrations, participate in testing, documentation, code reviews, and quarterly updates while collaborating with analysts and senior developers.

Lead high-volume full life-cycle recruiting and strategic resourcing for India. Source and manage candidates across levels, consult with account teams and partners, negotiate fulfillment solutions, maintain pipelines, and manage interview, offer, background check, and onboarding processes.
