Negotiate terms, coordinate with product and protocol teams to enable onchain trading (order types, margin, listings), secure LP capital, and grow volume and open interest while managing VIP relationships and program ROI.

Lead end-to-end UX for Foundation web products: conduct research, define information architecture and flows, create wireframes and prototypes, collaborate with PMs and engineers, evolve design systems, and deliver polished visual and interaction design for complex, data-rich web tools.
