Lead strategic engagements with enterprise accounts in Chennai, driving sales for cybersecurity solutions while building executive relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

Owns the design, configuration, administration, support, integrations, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors, with deep Employee Central expertise. Provides second-line support, resolves complex incidents, leads implementations and enhancements, manages testing and releases, maintains documentation, and ensures platform security, data quality, and stability. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, and project teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and provides technical guidance to HRIS analysts.

Manage Sophos partners across North and East India, developing joint business plans, driving revenue, renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting complex cybersecurity deals. Build partner relationships, coordinate internal sales and technical resources, manage business reviews and KPIs, develop marketing initiatives, and enable partner teams through training and certification. The role requires extensive channel sales experience, cybersecurity expertise, distributor management, CRM proficiency, and partner presentation skills.
