Develops and supports COBOL applications using DB2, JCL, and VSAM. Responsibilities include coding, unit testing, bug fixing, incident diagnosis and recovery, problem investigation, change requests, implementation support, reporting, documentation, and process improvement. The role requires collaboration with business partners, adherence to quality standards and Agile practices, and willingness to work UK or India shifts in a hybrid Chennai environment.

Own and administer the ARIS process repository, including configuration, access, governance, integrations, upgrades, controls, and support. Lead the run-the-business operations pod, managing incidents, problems, changes, service requests, SLAs, metrics, and continuous improvement using ITIL and agile practices. Serve as an ARIS subject-matter expert, advise senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, define reporting needs, coach team members, and strengthen operational resilience.

Support, maintain, and enhance BizTalk applications across environments; troubleshoot incidents, fix bugs, perform deployments, testing, migrations, monitoring, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and on-call production support.
