Lead frontend engineer responsible for scalable frontend architecture, performance, real-time communication, rendering strategy, state management, styling systems, reusable component libraries, design systems, and hands-on development with Next.js, React, and TypeScript. The role also leads architectural decisions, code reviews, documentation, and frontend engineering practices for complex web applications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI. Build secure REST APIs, WebSockets, and microservices; optimize databases and system performance; implement authentication and authorization; write tested, documented code; and support deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams in Agile environments.

Leads backend architecture and system design while remaining hands-on. Designs, builds, and evolves distributed systems; establishes architectural standards; guides technical decisions; works with Python, FastAPI, relational and NoSQL databases; supports cloud deployments and monolith-to-microservices migrations.
