Lead enterprise IAM transformation initiatives across customer identity, workforce identity governance, access management, SSO, and MFA. Architect scalable identity solutions, oversee provisioning and deprovisioning, enforce least privilege, align practices with compliance requirements, assess risks, support incident response, and drive automation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security stakeholders while managing multiple strategic projects.

Lead the transformation from DevOps to DevSecOps across a large-scale eCommerce platform. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, infrastructure automation, and cloud environments across Azure and Google Cloud. Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and production troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve engineering practices, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions for Asset Protection, Inventory Control, and Claims teams. Build Tableau dashboards, Snowflake datasets, Alteryx workflows, and data pipelines using SQL and related tools. Analyze shipment, inventory, claims, carrier, and loss data to identify trends, root causes, and operational risks. Troubleshoot data quality issues, validate reporting, document processes, support claims recovery, and collaborate with analytics and engineering teams on scalable reporting solutions.
