Leads and develops an instructional design team while overseeing multiple learning initiatives. Partners with stakeholders, manages resources and delivery quality, applies instructional design and adult learning principles, and drives process improvements. Champions AI-enabled learning technologies, uses data to improve outcomes, and guides the development of engaging, accessible learning solutions in a global financial-services environment.

Manage enterprise learning and talent technology, primarily LMS platforms and supporting LXPs. Responsibilities include platform configuration, administration, integrations, migrations, release management, data analysis, reporting, governance, content curation, and learner-experience optimization. The role partners with HR, learning, IT, technology teams, and external providers to execute learning technology strategy, implement solutions, and support global projects and ongoing operations.

Design and develop employee learning solutions by researching content, applying instructional design and adult learning principles, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders, building eLearning and multimedia assets with authoring tools, managing multiple projects, ensuring quality and accessibility, and contributing to process improvement and technology adoption.
