Generates sales leads through targeted calling, schedules meetings, manages follow-ups, updates LMS/CRM records, supports quotations and rate negotiations, coordinates with logistics operations, assists customers with basic EXIM and freight queries, and prepares sales reports. The role supports business development across export-import, freight forwarding, and logistics while providing training and growth opportunities.

Manage end-to-end procurement for warehouse operations, including sourcing materials, equipment, and services. Responsibilities include vendor evaluation and negotiation, purchase order and contract management, supplier performance tracking, cross-functional coordination, spend analysis, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. The role requires procurement and supply chain knowledge, warehouse or logistics experience, ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and Hindi and English fluency. This is a full-time, in-office role in Chennai with immediate joining expected.

Manage end-to-end PTL logistics operations, including load planning, vehicle utilization, route optimization, dispatch coordination, cargo tracking, and client escalations. Maintain accurate MIS reports, lead the operations team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, analyze performance data, identify cost savings, and drive process improvements to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
