Oversee B2B fulfillment processes in a distribution center by routing orders, scheduling pickups, closing orders in the WMS, preparing shipping documentation and bills of lading, maintaining partner integrations, resolving inquiries, conducting quality checks, reporting performance, and improving workflows. Lead implementations and launches for brands across Stord's network, managing systems integrations, SIT/UAT, WMS/OMS deployment, go-live and hypercare. Build SOPs, coordinate cross-functional teams and customers, and implement processes to ensure fulfillment center self-sustainability and profitability.

The Industrial Engineer designs operational systems for growth and efficiency in warehouse launches, leading initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
