Oversee B2B fulfillment processes in a distribution center by routing orders, scheduling pickups, closing orders in the WMS, preparing shipping documentation and bills of lading, maintaining partner integrations, resolving inquiries, conducting quality checks, reporting performance, and improving workflows. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, staging, labeling, and freight verification. Assign and supervise warehouse associates, complete operational reports, troubleshoot equipment issues, support product handling, and enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards. Assist associates with warehouse functions and coordinate effectively with site leadership.

Maintains inventory accuracy and quality assurance in a high-volume distribution center. Investigates inventory and bin discrepancies, researches problem orders and receipts, performs product counts, stages materials, enters data into inventory systems, and operates warehouse equipment. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, basic data entry and math skills, effective communication, and flexibility to work overtime. The role may involve lifting materials and working in varying warehouse conditions.
