Analyze CRM product usage, funnels, cohorts, feature adoption, A/B tests, and business impact. Build product, business, and reliability dashboards; investigate data discrepancies across applications, databases, pipelines, metrics, and events; establish automated data-quality checks; define issue taxonomies; configure metric alerts; and integrate new data sources using SQL, Python, Redshift, and related tools. Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and data teams to improve data reliability and product decisions.

Develop and own highly scalable backend services for IoT, order, and payment systems. Responsibilities include Java and Python development, distributed systems design, database and cache optimization, event-driven architectures, production troubleshooting, observability, incident response, reliability improvements, and collaboration with Infrastructure, QA, and Product teams.

Leads global product marketing for PAYG phones, including positioning, portfolio strategy, launches, GTM execution, campaigns, digital acquisition, customer journey optimization, market intelligence, sales enablement, and cross-functional coordination. The role supports country teams and partners across emerging markets while optimizing marketing performance, customer adoption, usage, renewals, and revenue growth.
