Design, build, and operate enterprise voice infrastructure bridging SIP/VoIP and cloud real-time voice AI. Implement SIP gateways, SBCs, transcoding, and SIP-to-AI integrations. Integrate with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), implement CTI integrations, develop gateway logic in production-grade code, and ensure high availability, security (TLS/SRTP), observability, and documentation for scalable AI-powered voice services.

The Associate Manager will implement S4 Hana Group Reporting solutions, manage financial consolidation processes, create SAC reports, and train users.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll and tax filings, Workday and ADP operations, incident triage, data validation, year-end activities, mentoring junior staff, ensuring compliance with SLAs/KPIs, and driving process improvements. Night-shift, on-site in Chennai with rotational weekly offs.

Handle inbound customer calls to set up and troubleshoot consumer devices, research issues across multiple systems, document and escalate problems, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Provide US-focused HR shared services including HR operations, Ask HR, payroll, payroll tax, compensation, benefits, and talent processes. Maintain HRIS data (Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, etc.), resolve complex employee cases, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, identify process improvements/automation, and mentor junior team members. Work US night shift from Chennai office.

The role involves preparing monthly journals, supporting month-end close, conducting account reconciliations, and handling customer queries while adhering to SOPs and compliance standards.
