Owns technical testing of AI agent outputs by building test suites against golden-record datasets, measuring accuracy and turnaround-time impact, and running regression tests after agent or prompt changes. Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of enterprise web applications. Designs test plans and traceability matrices, builds load-testing harnesses, validates pipeline resilience and concurrency, triages defects, coordinates penetration testing, verifies fixes, and implements performance regression gates in continuous integration. Requires SQL, API testing, browser debugging, and experience with tools such as k6, JMeter, or Locust. Automation, security testing, and regulated-platform evidence preparation are advantageous.

Designs and maintains Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions, layered data architectures, dimensional models, and scalable ETL/ELT processes. Develops SQL queries, Python transformation scripts, and data-quality validations using Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, and Requests. Builds Power BI-ready datasets, supports KPI and metric definitions, partners with stakeholders on analytics requirements, and promotes governance, lineage, performance, and reporting consistency.

Generate and maintain MIS and Power BI reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics across finance processes including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A. Analyze CRM data, identify performance gaps, report on SLAs and KPIs, support operational decision-making, and improve reporting efficiency using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and VBA.

Own end-to-end enterprise architecture across AWS and Azure environments, establishing scalable, secure, reusable integration patterns for GenAI, chatbot, translation, and document-processing services. Define target-state architecture, review designs, resolve integration constraints, lead architecture governance, and establish non-functional requirements covering security, data residency, exactly-once processing, and disaster recovery.

Build and deploy regulated-process AI agents on AWS Bedrock, including document generation, validation, and case intake workflows. Develop Fargate services, integrate Microsoft Graph API and event-driven patterns, configure prompts and guardrails, and test agent performance. Own OCR and intelligent document-processing pipelines using AWS Textract or equivalent and Azure Document Intelligence. Improve extraction accuracy, support auditability, integrate third-party tooling, and collaborate with QA and compliance teams.

Provisions and operates AWS infrastructure supporting agent services, including VPCs, Fargate clusters, messaging, storage, monitoring, and observability. Manages infrastructure as code for repeatable deployments, ensures reliable exactly-once processing, coordinates security and access approvals for regulated client environments, and supports resilient multi-site delivery across AWS and Azure AI services.

Provide US-focused HR shared services across HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Ask HR. Manage employee lifecycle activities, resolve complex employee cases, maintain HR data in HRIS, support enterprise HR systems, collaborate with stakeholders, identify process improvements, and mentor junior staff (for Lead).

Provide customer support via phone, email, chat and social media; resolve inquiries, meet contact-center SLAs and satisfaction targets; complete required training, follow data-security/NDAs, attend coaching, and maintain perfect schedule adherence.

Manage identity and access administration across enterprise applications, directories, servers, email, and network resources. Handle account provisioning, modifications, reviews, revocations, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding while applying RBAC, security policies, approval workflows, segregation of duties, and GDPR requirements. Maintain SLA-based support, incident and service systems, audit readiness, and user access compliance.

Leads daily contact center operations by monitoring queues, service levels, ticket backlogs, and performance metrics. Coaches L1 and L2 agents, conducts quality audits, manages escalations, partners on training remediation, and improves employee engagement and retention. The role requires real-time staffing decisions, operational problem-solving, and supervision of a 10–15-person team in a voice-capable contact center or HR shared services environment.

Senior-level HR Shared Services role(s) supporting US payroll, payroll tax, benefits/compensation, compliance hotline, talent management and HR administration. Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll and tax filings, Workday and ADP operations, incident triage, data validation, year-end activities, mentoring junior staff, ensuring compliance with SLAs/KPIs, and driving process improvements. Night-shift, on-site in Chennai with rotational weekly offs.
