Design, build, and operate enterprise voice infrastructure bridging SIP/VoIP and cloud real-time voice AI. Implement SIP gateways, SBCs, transcoding, and SIP-to-AI integrations. Integrate with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), implement CTI integrations, develop gateway logic in production-grade code, and ensure high availability, security (TLS/SRTP), observability, and documentation for scalable AI-powered voice services.

The Associate Manager will implement S4 Hana Group Reporting solutions, manage financial consolidation processes, create SAC reports, and train users.

Provide customer support via phone, email, chat and social media; resolve inquiries, meet CSAT and productivity SLAs, follow data security and NDA policies, complete mandatory training, attend coaching, maintain 100% schedule adherence and shift flexibility, and reside within 25 km of the office.
