Manages a portfolio of high-value, multi-outlet restaurant accounts, building executive relationships, conducting field visits, analyzing performance, and developing growth strategies. Responsibilities include preparing QBRs, ROI models, presentations, dashboards, and pipeline opportunities while meeting city-wide revenue targets and mentoring Sales Managers. The role requires frequent in-person partner meetings, consultative selling, and strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and trend analysis.

Identify and onboard high-potential restaurant, bar, and venue partners; expand city-level event and nightlife supply; maintain listing quality; develop seasonal and experiential offerings; collaborate with marketing and creative teams; manage key partner relationships, exclusives, upselling, business reviews, and performance tracking; and add artists such as musicians and comedians to the platform.

Own restaurant partner acquisition and engagement across an assigned territory. Conduct frequent in-person visits, deliver product demonstrations and ROI analysis, diagnose business needs, negotiate activations, provide ongoing support, track adoption and conversion metrics, manage a sales pipeline, meet revenue targets, and provide market feedback. Requires advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills, consultative selling, relationship management, and extensive field engagement with 80–90 restaurant partners monthly.
