Capture requirements, produce BRDs/fit-gap analyses and architecture input, oversee testing, deployments, data quality, and security, mentor team members, and maintain operational documentation and release governance within regulated banking environments.

Lead BA activities for VisionPLUS-related initiatives: gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements; create functional specs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria; manage change requests, traceability, risks, and stakeholder approvals; support testing, UAT, release readiness, and post-implementation reviews; mentor BAs and align solutions with business goals and governance in financial services contexts.

Design, implement, and review automated QA solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, produce technical specifications, participate in code reviews, and ensure solutions are tested and supportable. Stay current with technology trends and provide technical support and issue resolution.

Test VisionPLUS banking applications across CMS, FAS, LMS, TRAMS and ITS modules. Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts; perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing; validate data flows and interfaces; log and track defects; support pre/post-deployment testing; collaborate with business analysts and developers; maintain testing records and adhere to quality standards and timelines.
