Supports configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Absence Management and core HCM. Configures absence plans, accruals, time-off types, organizational data, and business processes; troubleshoots system issues; manages EIB data loads; supports release reviews, audits, reporting, documentation, and testing. Partners with HR, Legal, and application teams to implement policy changes, maintain data integrity, and assess downstream impacts.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather technology requirements, design solutions, write technical specifications, develop and deploy software, conduct code reviews, support testing, resolve technical issues, and provide team support. The role requires knowledge of modern technologies such as cloud, mobile, IoT, and blockchain, along with proficiency in programming languages and Agile development practices.

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React, microservices, and cloud platforms. Responsibilities include building backend services and responsive interfaces, integrating APIs and databases, supporting CI/CD deployments, participating in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, troubleshooting across the stack, improving performance and security, and documenting technical architecture.
