The Principal Biostatistician in Clinical Pharmacology will lead statistical aspects of clinical studies, contribute to research design, and collaborate with teams to ensure drug development success.

Manages site contract and budget processes for clinical trials, including preparing, negotiating, reviewing, executing, tracking, and archiving agreements. Coordinates with legal, finance, clinical operations, sponsors, vendors, investigators, and sites to resolve issues and meet start-up timelines. Maintains contract databases, templates, training materials, and SOP compliance; monitors financial details, supports quality assurance, mentors junior staff, and communicates contract status across teams.

Lead statistical programming for clinical trials using SAS to produce SDTM datasets, tables, listings, and figures. Ensure quality, validation, and regulatory-compliant documentation; mentor and direct other programmers; participate in sponsor meetings and study planning; manage multiple projects and timelines while following SOPs and ICH guidelines.
