Oversee financial forecasting, reporting, profit management, variance analysis, and profitability improvement. Identify revenue, margin, expense, working capital, customer, and vendor performance drivers; recommend actions to management; support annual operating planning; and manage finance associate development and performance.

Supports strategic technology initiatives through milestone, risk, dependency, budget, and action tracking. Coordinates governance meetings, executive forums, stakeholder engagement, and leadership calendars. Develops executive communications, presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Maintains documentation repositories and information governance across Microsoft 365 platforms, while improving digital workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced global IT environment.

Administers customer contracts and GPO member affiliations by entering, reviewing, validating, and maintaining records in contract and CRM systems. Monitors compliance, supports audits and reporting, responds to internal inquiries, and identifies process improvements. Provides training and support to colleagues while prioritizing high-volume requests, handling escalations, maintaining data accuracy, and balancing policy requirements with customer needs.
