Lead a techno-functional applications team delivering Workday and HR automation solutions, integrations, and process improvements. Partner with business leaders to prioritize roadmaps, manage service delivery and support, oversee requirements gathering, and apply AI/automation to streamline HR and recruiting operations for a global workforce.

Develops, customizes, maintains, and supports Oracle Fusion Finance applications. Translates finance requirements into business requirements documents and functional designs, supports Finance modules, troubleshoots issues, performs root-cause analysis, manages SLA ticket resolution, and oversees integrations with other applications. The role also leads stakeholder discussions, recommends solutions, documents work, follows audit processes, and serves as a senior team role model.

Own end-to-end UX design for complex digital products, from user research and information architecture through prototyping, visual design, and implementation. Create workflows, design systems, and reusable components while collaborating with product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders. Review implemented experiences, improve usability, and contribute to React-based UI development. The role also establishes UX standards and may involve AI-powered product experiences, mentoring, and analytics-driven optimization.
