Develops and maintains efficient dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and technical audiences. Partner with business leaders to prioritize roadmaps, manage service delivery and support, oversee requirements gathering, and apply AI/automation to streamline HR and recruiting operations for a global workforce.

Develops, customizes, maintains, and supports Oracle Fusion Finance applications. Translates finance requirements into business requirements documents and functional designs, supports Finance modules, troubleshoots issues, performs root-cause analysis, manages SLA ticket resolution, and oversees integrations with other applications. The role also leads stakeholder discussions, recommends solutions, documents work, follows audit processes, and serves as a senior team role model.
