Lead a techno-functional applications team delivering Workday and HR automation solutions, integrations, and process improvements. Partner with business leaders to prioritize roadmaps, manage service delivery and support, oversee requirements gathering, and apply AI/automation to streamline HR and recruiting operations for a global workforce.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS. Design responsive interfaces, secure REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. Contribute to system design, architecture, performance optimization, security, technical reviews, and technology selection. Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable software solutions.

Develops, customizes, maintains, and supports Oracle Fusion Finance applications. Translates finance requirements into business requirements documents and functional designs, supports Finance modules, troubleshoots issues, performs root-cause analysis, manages SLA ticket resolution, and oversees integrations with other applications. The role also leads stakeholder discussions, recommends solutions, documents work, follows audit processes, and serves as a senior team role model.
