Manages supplier, vendor, channel partner, and customer relationships to expand business and execute supplier strategies. Owns the full sales cycle, including revenue and profit growth, customer satisfaction, credit management, order processing, accounts receivable collections, pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory management. Develops supplier-specific initiatives and delivers value-added services while maintaining strong relationships across partner and end-customer organizations.

Leads Agile Salesforce delivery teams and manages Scrum ceremonies, sprint execution, stakeholder coordination, and release planning. Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, integrations, and DevOps practices. Establishes Salesforce security, governance, CI/CD, and responsible AI controls while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.

Processes complex and mega-deal sales and purchase orders, validates supporting documentation, resolves system errors, coordinates order status and delivery information with vendors and logistics, and helps reduce backlogs. The coordinator also mentors team members, supports managers and team leads, participates in process improvements, and ensures orders are completed accurately within service-level agreements.
