Owns the technical relationship for strategic SaaS accounts from post-sale through renewal. Responsibilities include platform audits, health checks, technical success plans, troubleshooting, configuration and workflow solutions, escalation management, stakeholder engagement, executive reviews, training, adoption, expansion opportunities, and customer advocacy. The role partners with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams while translating technical challenges into business value.

Manage customer accounts by processing, allocating, and reconciling payments; reviewing balances; resolving discrepancies; monitoring failed payments; and following up on overdue accounts. Provide customer support by phone and email, maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams, escalate complex issues, and assist with administrative duties while following company procedures.

Lead a hands-on AI-first engineering pod to design, build, and ship agentic orchestration pipelines integrated with Slack, issue trackers, Git and CI/CD. Implement AI-assisted development responsibly, improve CI/CD and quality gates, modernize legacy .NET Core 2.1, mentor engineers, codify playbooks and guardrails, and ensure fintech-grade security and auditability.
